Receive Recognition for Your Gift in Two Ways:

The names of all donors and honoree will be inscribed in the Register of Donors to be permanently displayed in the Broadway Town Hall.

All gifts of $1000 or above will be recognized by being permanently inscribed into the 12' x 12' granite surface at the landing of the pavilion.

All donors in the North Carolina Veterans Memorial Key Patron category will have a space on the granite and, in addition, the importance of their contribution will be recognized by a very nice plaque which they will receive to display at their business or at home.

When Placing an order For Any Gift Level

You may honor or memorialize a veteran or your may honor or memorialize a family member, loved one or friend of your choice.

Carefully complete the Gift Order Form. Any errors and omissions will be the responsibility of the donor.

The following categories are established:

NORTH CAROLINA VETERANS MEMORIAL KEY PATRON

	Platinum Level	A gift of $100,000 or greater
	Gold Level	A gift of $50,000 - $99,999
	Silver Level	A gift of $25,000 - $49,999

EAGLE PATRON

	Platinum Level	A gift of $10,000 - $24,999
	Gold Level	A gift of $5,000 - $9,999
	Silver Level	A gift of $2,500 - $4,999
	Bronze Level	A gift of $1,000 - $2,499

STARS & STRIPES PATRON

A gift of $500 - $999

LIBERTY PATRON

A gift of less than $500
